The Cowboy event began with a delay. The countdown was disappointing, with the above screen being uncomfortably high. When we inquired about moving the big "D" seating sign that obstructed the view, we were informed it would be taken down later. Piano Man: The Music of Billy Joel was concluding as we expected to see the Cowboys. Disappointingly, there were dull interviews and no appearance from a current player. The only ones who truly pleased the audience were the Cowboy Cheerleaders, Emmit Smith & Piano Man: The Music of Billy Joel. I came for a Cowboy Presentation but left feeling that Piano Man: The Music of Billy Joel stole the show. Piano Man: The Music of Billy Joel made the night enjoyable for me. Less time should be spent on the tedious Cowboy interviews and football clips in the future. More focus on Piano Man: The Music of Billy Joel next time!"
Concert was great but staff were terrible
The show itself was fantastic, however, the unhelpful and rude staff marred the experience. We were directed to the wrong section when trying to locate our ADA seats initially, but moving was not a major inconvenience. I requested to keep the water lids as I was assisting someone in a wheelchair, but was told it was against policy, despite never encountering this issue on previous visits. Despite my explanation about the wheelchair user's inability to hold open cups, the staff persisted in refusing, causing the overpriced drinks to spill as we made our way back to our seats.
